Active Classes

In the game of baseball or softball, players are always looking for ways to better themselves. Whether it is hitting, pitching, or catching, Bullet Sports Academy members are offered the opportunity to do just that! BSA offers members weekly classes in all three facets of the game. Classes are taught by BSA's staff instructors, and range from beginner to advanced skill level. These classes are setup to not only work on the specific skills of the game, but they are also skill- or position-specific workouts, with the use of Vertimax™ and Chain Training™ exercises, just to mention a few. Each class is put on once a week, in a small group setting, so each player is able to receive the proper amount of instruction he/she needs and deserves. BSA members can register easily online each week, but each class has a limited number of spots available, so reserve your spot in a class and better yourself today!

The Bullet Sports Academy G-Force Revolution classes will be designed to athletes a competitive edge over the competition! We have combined the circuit training of Functional Fitness with the swings of G-Force into one unbelievable class! This program stands alone when compared to other workouts. Whether you play baseball, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track, or any sport for that matter, athletes will benefit from G-Force Revolution training! The balance, strength, and flexibility you will receive from this program will be incomparable to generic, traditional workouts! For the first time ever G-Force Revolution will be able to introduce a program that is non-impact on the joints, and strengthens the stabilizer muscles and connective muscle fibers throughout the body, which is vital to an athlete's balance, no matter what sport they participate in.

Pitching Class | Login to register for this class
"Offense puts people in the stands, but pitching and defense wins championships!" Bullet Sports Academy knows how important it is to be good on the mound, and is offering a pitching class to help young hurlers improve! From an arm care/throwing program, to sound mechanics; the classes will be covering everything. A number of drills and bullpens, Vertimax explosion training, and a core strengthening program will be the foundation of the class's workouts. Through the combination of these things, BSA aims to develop young pitcher's arm strength and mechanics, so that they can 'fill up the zone' and become a better pitcher!

So your hitter will get half of the class of hitting and half rotational fitness class.

Speed & Agility Class | Login to register for this class
The most important physical attribute of any athlete, is speed! You can be a great player, but without speed, your chances of playing at the college level can be limited. Jeno Giordano, Speed & Agility Trainer, will get you up to date on your mechanics of running. With his background of being a 400-meter dash All-American, along with a hand full of National Championship medals in the Junior Olympics, he will be able to show you the proper mechanics of running as well as work on the explosive, fast twitch muscles needed to increase your speed. This Speed & Agility Class will increase your swiftness for base stealing, 40-yard dash time, along with your overall alertness and reaction time. These are huge components when you're an athlete that competes in sports, that call for speed & agility. The fact remains, that speed is everything when it comes to having a competitive edge on your opponent. If you're too slow to get to the ball, they're safe, if you're too slow to beat out a groundball in the hole, you're out. I will let you be the judge on how important this course is.

Bullet Sports Academy is now offering catching classes to help your young athlete develop the key and essential skills that are needed behind the plate. Through numerous drills, we will develop and fine tune his/her receiving, blocking, and throwing skills. From something as basic as their stance to quick footwork when throwing out runners, we will cover the most up-to-date and used techniques from the big leagues to youth baseball! We will also be using Vertimax resistance training to help strengthen and condition young catchers legs and also to help them understand how to be explosive in their movements behind the plate.

Defensive Infield Skills Class | Login to register for this class
Bullet Sports Academy believes that with sound defense, any team can win! With BSA's Infield Defensive Skills Class, we hope to work on the "little things" that most people take for granted. The key to good defense is attention to detail, so the Defensive Infield class will focus on pre-pitch positioning, footwork before and after fielding a groundball, and glove-work before and during fielding ground balls. Whether it's a routine groundball or a diving play up the middle, those "little things" are what make a good defensive infielder, and BSA hopes to show you all these things to help you take your defense to the next level!
